Why don't you extract it yourself? Get ADI, then get the Model Library. Then open either the MainMenu, Shared, or Single Player Shared maps and he's called Dervish. Just remember to export as obj, if it works for you. I use maya 6.5.

Requesting models like these is against the rules, since usually it would end up having the model posted on halomods. Posting ripped models of something from halo 2 or any game is against the rules. PM someone for it, or have someone PM you it or something. Best thing would be to do it on AIM or something similar.
