How to make flame like a scenery? like place flame on trees?

Well., im making Q-WARmod day2, and i need to know to make the flame llike a scenery, of if its possible, you will pmi or wateva the burning flame from one of the sp maps INTO TIMBERLAND, <==for timberland, i will totaly creditate you!
