I wanna learn how to make one but I don't understand the tutorials.Could someone help please.

1 go to the files forum
2 go down to were it sais halo mods downloads then u will see a file that sais utilities
3 click that
4 go down some then u will see "spark edit 3.1"( i use 3.1 because the 3.2 is a .rar file and those dont work that well for mo)
5 click that
6 then go to your desk top then click on sparkedit then when u see the folder pop up hit extract all files or just click a file and then that will make a new folder
7 exit this folder then go to the new folder on your desktop and then u will see this 1337 spark(which is from halo) then next to it it will say sparkedit 3.1
8 click that
9 then a screen will pop up that has tan at the side, white on the bottom then a gray screen at the left
10 then go to file in the corner and hit open cache file
11 then go to my computer
12 then open presario
13 then open program files
14 then open microsoft games
15 then open halo
16 then open a map to mod (prefferably blood gulch) then u can make mods
17*** if u open the help menu it will say controls then go there to learn how
