devmode wont work

i cannot get devmode to work; i type debug_camera_load but it doesnt do anything

ive tried it in LAN with alldev on and in LAN without alldev on; but neither worked

im not going to use it to cheat, i hardly ever do CE anyway cus it take my com about 5 min to load, and then theres no good servers, and if u find a good server its probably laggy
