Connection Problems

Whenever i make a game in halo ppl cant get in, ive tried turning off antivirus and firewall and ppl still cant join, it just says connecting to server(1) then 2 then 3 and so on, ill post a pic in a sec

My bro and I have the same problem and what we have found out so far was 'we do not have a routable IP'.
