The Wierdest Thing Ever!

Ok i started playing Halo CE and when it came to the main screen i nticed my mouce curser on the screen was springy.

Example: you movie it to the right it slowly starts and then when you staop it goes further then springs back


I hoped that this didnt happen in-game so i tryed AND IT DID SO NOW ALL MY GAMES LAG AND IM SCREWED!
