Hog Neon Plugin Missing

I am trying to do the neon hog tutorial and I got up to the part where I need to change the spawn points of it. But I don't see "Cordinates" on my Insolence. I believe I'm missing a plugin. Does anyone have this same problem?

You need to wait 5 days to bump and I tried searching for the plugin even on www.haloplugins.com and didn't find anything maybe you can.
