how do i take pictures in halo pc?

like when i put up my mod i need pics 2 put it up as a download....how do i do that? (not with a digital camera cause i dont have 1)
Your sig can't exceed 500x120 and 75kb in file size.

Print Scr on the keyboard, then open paint and press Ctrl V.

you can press print scrn on keyboard or get fraps either way...
