Custom Vehicle (Kestrel) Does Not Show Up in Game

Sorry for reposting this, but it was pretty much ignored in the other forum.

I have a custom vehicle downloaded from halomaps. I put it into sapien fine and saved the scenario but when I load the game the vehicle does not show up.

I have searched through all the forums that might have an answer to this problem, but all those threads have no replies. So, I am wondering whether people just ignored it or didn't answer it because they didn't know how to solve the problem.

I have gone into developer mode and have tried the old 'spawn' command that works in some games. That didn't work. I tried putting the vehicle into another position and that didn't work.

So, please help me with my problem in any way you can.
