Model Face Flipping Automatically

The guitar I made is having some errors. I have tried multiple formats, but when I make it an obj, about 300 faces just flip upside down for no reason. If someone could help it would be great!

What program are you using for modeling? Also try selecting ALL your model, then duplicating the selection, and then reversing vertex order.

I figured it out. I have to go through, flip the backwards faces, and weld them. It is going to take a while but I should be done at least by the end of today.
