Warping problem in Halo

So I whenever I play Halo PC or CE on my computer it seams alot of the time I'll just be going around and I will suddenly end up like 10 feet from the spot I was at. Is that just a problem with ping? And even then mine is usually around 100. Can anyone give me a good explanation about it?

I dont claim to have the best internet connection but are there anyways to minimize this problem?

close running proceses in task manager. End all of them but Explorer.exe and SYSTEM processes. Close stuff like messengers, Download clients, updaters, and other running programs that could be using an internet connection. If this doesnt help, try defragging your computer, and repeating the process stated above.

Do as Cuda said above, and make sure you run anti-virus software, as well as adware and spyware removers.
