you know you can use dothalo to fix an encryptomatic signature you have a built in ppfomatic and a built in necryptomatic

Darn, is there some run time files needed to use the app? I keep getting this error everytime I attempt to run it:
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled."
the title was that of the Common Language Runtime Debugging Services.
