3ds max error

I just got 3ds max 7 and I want to start making maps and other nifty things with it, how ever when i try to install the plugin blitzkreig and start it up it gives me an error that blitzkrieg failed to initalize, error code 127 the specified procedure could not be found. well it will let me continue but i can export files using blitzkrieg. so whats going on.
