Fatal Shader Error

ok when I go to play Halo PC I get this "Halo-Fatal Error, this file is missing or corrupted: shader/fx.bin. And so I uninstalled it and installed it again, and it came up again, so I decide to restart my computer and uninstall Halo again, and so after I rebooted my computer and reinstalled Halo for the 3rd time still same damn thing comes up and its starting to piss me off and I tried everthing. Can someone help me?

You need to re-install to fix that. Unless you are damn good at coding!
