if your talking about xbox live witch im preety sure you are the answer is no you can not. but if you want to make a new name you have to make a new account so no you cant change the name

And, no... you can't change your XBL GT. I could be wrong, but can't you change the capitalization of letters... like if your name was "Gamertag", you could change it to "gAmERtaG"
