Wrong forum, by the way. First, you need a program like Fraps, you can download a demo if you need it. Then you can use windows movie maker.

i just downloaded fraps and installed it (the free vershin) watd i do wit it now?

there is no free version (yes a demo) if u want to full version go to www.fraps.com.
