Replacing map files during FTP Xbox Halo2

When I'm FTP'ed to my xbox and I go into the D drive to get files it allows me to take out the map files but after I ppf and encryptomatic them it doesn't allow me to replace them... Any thoughts on this would be nice... Although it might hav eot do with the fact that I don't have it downloaded to my xbox, I tried to install a program to do that but when I ftp'ed I didn't know where to put it. If this is the problem can someone send me a link to where I could download it (or I could do xbins if you give me the program name) then where to put it... Thanks all help is greatly appreciated.
