delaginator for haloCE dedicated servers. supposed to reduce lag by 90% and add some new features for changing maps, voting to kick players etc...it is listed in gearbox's forums and avail for download at http://hek.teamhalo.net if any one has heard of this or have used it on their haloCE server please reply.
