Modified sword and Swordgun

Aight so im kinda new at halo modding and a total noob at modeling (started yesterday with blender) and i made these 2 models of a modified energy sword
and a gun from the sword
the tube on the bottom is for the left hand and the finger grooves are for the fire controls inside.
This may be Sh
t but these are the first things ive made so feel free to use them or the ideas and give Busta Mods his well deserved credit for them.
If u want the .blend files instead let me know and ill post em

it looks pretty cool but how are they supposed to hold the sword? try giving it a handle.

It does look very good actually, but yeah, give it a handle, and your sig is a tad on the big side, might want to change that before the mods get there.
EDIT: And the swordgun doesn't really look like a gun, it might just be the pic or whatever. Give it a proper barrel or trigger.

Ok ill change my sig soon. anyways the narrowest point in the sword is supposed to be the handle but idk what to make for a different handle any ideas? and the gun isnt supposed to have a barrel it's like a covey energy ball gun where the energy forms in the sharp point in the middle. The trigger and alt-fire (whatever you want that to be) are in the finger holes on the sphere.

you know it might be a cheep drawing in paint taht he drew but you know i think it looks sweeter then how your *supposed* to hold it but W/E ahha well i like the idea for the gun but you wouldnt be able to see the energy forming in first person
that sucks lol and how would you make it look like its forming from there??? haha curious!

I like it but I would prefere RA1N THE ELITE way of holding it and I would just use the pp carge up anamation or mabye the hunter's cannon carge up.
