EMP nade Tag released.

I have developted a 1337 EMP effect for the plasma nade. This will make your screen shake it's self apart if you are caught in teh blast Radius. Following is a test map of the 4th build, and the tag it'self.
Also when you use it, you gota put my name in the secret room!!!!!1111
or you can just say so the tag is mine when you release that map. But those who put me in secret room get a cookie.

NOTE This tag is NOT allowed to be used in ANY of Shadow Wolf's maps. (same goes for Sk8monkey)

sry it took so long.
The tag is for CE (duh) To include it in your maps, jsut overwrite your old shcockwave.damage file in plasmagrenades directory.

Add 2 on the end of files in the URL. Even then though, it just downloads a damage effect file, not a movie.
