I recently got hold of 3dsmax, so i thought i'd have a go at modelling. I started on and ak 47, little realizing there were already some made. Anyway, I have made a (pretty crude) model, and was wondering if anyone could give me a brief tut on how ot skin it,(for the n00b) as I've had a look at some, and don't get them.

you can make a whole new set of meta tags and create a new weapon then rebuild the map. But u cant just inject a model w/more or less verticesScotty wrote:thanks. I realize that...now. Also since i have halo for the xbox, does anyone know a way to inject a new model, so you aren't limited to certain vertices?
