Advancebo for cannon model, animations, tagging, and reticle.

Just copy the 2 folders, "h3" and "ui" to the tags folder, and let it do the rest.
Also included is an Anti Air Wraith Reticle based on the Halo 3 reticle, created by Advancebo.

If anyone gets any errors dealing with mass points, use the physics "wraith.physics" in "vehicles\wraith".
For some reason, they are the same, but the one included causes an error.
Also if you are missing damage effects, use the ones in "weapons\fuel rod gun" and "weapons\plasma cannon"

According to Advancebo, some parts of it might not work. If someone gives me a good set of tags for it, I'll slap it in a map and get my friend to record a video of it.
