me and a few otheres would like permishion to convert this so it is playable on the xbox so all can play play this fucking kik ass map cuz i dont own halo 4 pc and i like playing things on xbox better sooooo msg me back

this has given me a reason to find my halo cd and work extra hard (incase my dad still has it)
i remember waiting and waiting and oohing and awwhing at all the models it is nice to see this finally done i can't say much sense i have not played the map but i will play this and it will be the first map i download when i get my cd back.

I liked the map. It's very fun to play on.
My main problem with it though is the lack of any portalling. when looking in the general direction of the OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP my frame rate drops like crazy making it really hard to play.

O_O sometime like june last year, i got into looking into this. I cant wait to play it, i was just lookin for a server in custom edition, all of a sudden, I see Ambush, im just like -_- to O_O.

you obviously don't understand what it really means to mod. modding does not mean you make your stupid assault rifle shoot rockets. modding it about doing what no one would have ever thought to do and trying hard to go past the boundaries the game designers put in place. it's a challenge. and the biggest challenge of all, in any game, is a total conversion mod. so like snaf said. that was exactly the point of this mod. we didn't want it to feel like halo. our goal was to take a futuristic game and make it present day and make it feel nothing like it did before.
also i understand why would be let down pepsi. i don't blame ya. in fact, i expected your reaction from everyone. it wasn't so much lack of interest as it was lack of time. all those models you've seen us make are going to a much better use. trust me, you won't be disappointed. and because this allows us to do so much more and has better graphical support, our focus is on that now, we don't have time for this mod. anyway, take it for what it is and try and have fun with it. we certainly did.

DeadHamster had a valid comment. While the map was well done, while the models were great, it didn't work out in Halo all that well.

Hmm this actually reminds me of an old Halo Combat Evolved conversion "it was converted on a bloodgulch map" but besides that it was very nice and featured Jungle Marine Skins and new weapons/vehicle models redone all i gotta say is nice ><
I don't think i got the time anymore to even attempt Sapien modding let alone full halo mod conversions *sigh* it not as laid back as it use to be hmm >.>
Good job all the same I look forward to playing it as soon as i get a fan to fix my gaming computer hmmm >< more issues *sigh*
