New map project (SkyScraper)

I have been working on a map for a while its a map with 2 POA with a10 hangers in them then theres a thich cloud plain and hugh map. After making the 3D modle I tryed to compile it and I got so many erroes that I went crazy I would like to set up a team for this project. If anyone wants to be part of the team just reply or pm me. Here are pics of rendered versions and with the wrl file incorperated Ill also post the map it currently has only 1 POA for building simplicity.

You should have used the newest BSP exporter, then your textures would be right. OTher than that, looking good.

AWESOME!!!! can't wait till its done. all u need is the copy of that poa and a tunnel on the side of the POA, full of vehicles in the intro on halo and your all set and oh yeah add a skin on that POA.
(oh yeah i forgot on the second pillar of autumn, dont name it pillar of autumn, itll be wierd if there was two of em, maybe you could name the second one the pillar of summer or winter or spring [ wait wasnt there another ship with another name very different from the name pillar of autumn?] maybe u could name that to it
(sorry if i typed very long i had a lot of sugar lately its a very long story u dont wanna know)

I am still taking a development team if theres any one who is good at 3Ds max and making cloud plains your in also I need a sapien and tool person or I could do those myself. But anywhay if you want to work on this project Im still open to helpers.

Id really love to help. Im pretty good in sapien and I can make any sort of custom weapons and vehicles if u need them.

O.o holy crap nice skin on that
i think that (DA)Ender had a Halcyon model with a hanger if you have problems but it was a low poly model (very low IT HAD NO BRIDGE!)

THANK GOD!!! It has taken too long for someone to come up with a concept for a map like this. I thought that the realese of Battlefront II would have LOADS of people making space combat maps, but this is the first one I have seen. One thing to fix: spend a bit more time connecting the hanger to the outside of the pillar of autum. Also, a ship of this size would have way more then one hangar, I think you should add more of them. It would help to prevent people team killing for vehicles, like in coldsnap. If you don't want to / don't have time to, thin just have some closed hanger doors.

thanks for the tip I will work on that and add more hangers the only problem is I am allready on the high on poligon count and I dont think adding more hangers will bring it down. its at 28000 with the 2 POA.

I recommend having like 3 hangers per POA and having tunnels connecting them all together.
If you ever played SWBF2, like where there is the main turret control stuff, have that the respwn point and tunnels leading off to other hangers.
Its up to you though, and i cant model for crap.

I told you in a diff post that I am running high on the poligon count so adding more hangers is out of the question unless someone has the hanger they used in Hugeass but I am allready working on tunnles.

no I will not have a cheap snipper like in coldsnap because I have heard too many complaints I will have a sniper but not a 1 hit KO.
