Need help

Post by Kr92 »

At the start of the tutorial, where I shal open the "mainmenu.map" with A.D.I i get an error thats says:

"An unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will be shut down immediately.

Conversion buffer overflow"

Anybody know how I can fix it? :?

Use a clean mainmenu.

Also, this tutorial is outdated and parts of it are improper and incorrect. Use this tutorial:

Either upgrade to the latest ADI (The one in the first post), or try getting a clean mainmenu.map from your disc.

Edit: Oh, I see you posted this in another board. Yes, as GTAF told you, ADI is only for Halo 2. If you notice, this tutorial is designed only for Halo 2, I don't know why you'd be trying to do something entirely different with it..
