I think you over used that the colors are a bit to close to each other that it kind of hurts your eyes, but it is good.

The tan, its all the same shade, which makes it harder to tell where you are.

It's no problem, the skin looks great. And as SG said, it would be better if you made the textures seamless, which means "no seams". Check out Chad's tutorialon how top do it, if you're interested. It's a great tutorial.
