Well, me and 4 friends went into Team Snipers matchmaking (btw this is not mod included, we didn't mod in this game, i don't even know how to in halo 2)but unfortunatly one lagged out at the beginning.Image
Through the game, as we got to the teens in kills, one quit.
Image
Further in the game, we were doing good, but at the oh god stage where we were down by a few while the other team had 49.
Image
But then, my teammate got a kill, and i got a double.... and with 3 seconds left......
Image
We won! By 1 point with 3 seconds left!

The game was close, people on his team started quiting, then the other team was up 49-45, him and his friend won.

Or maybe he had like 5 points and was to ashamed to show us :P

EDIT: anyway, if you have less people on your team than the other team, it's actually easier to win... you have more people to kill, they have less.

Do you even play Halo 2 competitively? If this were true, people would have two teammates quit out at the start. Having half the players pretty much means you're screwed.

A friends I pulled off something similar back whne both our teammates were delevelers:

Actually It is true what Kirk says

...I personally Like it when it happens.. Nothing like 1 vs. 4.... And its even more enjoyable when you purely own (matrix 8) )

..There is only one thing that actually makes it hard...but people rarely do in Halo 2.. at least to what I have seen...so...More fun for me... 8)

and now to make "Chinese proverb"...

Ahem...

"Great ancient all-knowing Chinese proverb say: Even if its 1 vs. 16, you still lose if you quit...so have fun any way  "

It's obviously not true - otherwise the Pros would be going into TS, and having half their team members drop out.

You don't get to level 39 by having your teammates quit...

Forget about Pros... I could care less...

Its about Fun... (at least for me) 8)

The less people you have in team snipers the more of a chance you have of winning. Think about it more people for you to kill less people for them to kill and its snipers.

Bulls**t.

They can flank you, have mroe positions to fire from. It's 4 people shooting at you vs 2. Being outnumbered is usually meaning getting mauled.

Reminds me of a game I played. BTB, 7 plots collosus, We were winning by around 2 minutes with 1 min left to win. At this point we started losing territories. We eventually lost all but one territory and resorted to just guarding that one for the last 10 seconds. The other team was rapidly catching up and the final score was 7:00, 6:59 to them. Typical James Bond finnish.

Veegie : there are those who dont give up in trying to add you...sadly...
That is the sole reason of the existence of the "Block future requests" feature.

Veegie, you spelt "Block" wrong. i had to add the "l" for you. you're welcome - Vinx
