I read the long thing of rules and it said your avatars and sigs can't be anamated but it never said anything about regular pics. so i'm testing this out. I just put together some old pics for testing.

check out ulead gif animator. it has some cool stuff you can put in there.

Yeah, it's as simple as changing a single value if you have the correct plugin.
