I've decided to make a new mod, and came up with this one, D-Day on DeathIsland, and I'll tell you what I've completed so far:
- Bunkers: 80%
- Boats: 75%
- barracade sting wall: 100% done
- Marine Army: 100% done
- Map Layout: 77%
- Weapon Layout: 90%

800x600 is good enough, lol. Neat mod idea.

This would be a great if accomplished. Change the boundaries of the map into something else besides those covenant crates...Also add the those X looking thighs and add trenches, and put turrets up in the base A sweet idea would to make the covenant up on the turrets and make the marines and chief trying to make it up to the base without dying

Instead of doing a spark mod, why dont you try PMI'ing some marines into there. . .

ADd some tank jacks, pillboxes, barbwires

...been done on pc and better on ce come up with something original mabye acknowlage something other than d-day in ww2 x_x...mabye bastonge?...point du hoc is ok...

Wow, can't wait for this. My friend pulled a D-Day once on death island. Had one team start in the water and the other had two warthogs setup on the base. Lets just say, nobody made it to the beach...

sorry, but it looks lame. i think that a 100 yard stretch of beach to fight for from the water is just... dumb. much much better has been accomplished in halo CE. this kind of mod is really outdated.

its fun if done right but apprently no one really knows about the d-day assault. everyone regards it as just omaha beach, although it was the only beach where a battle really took place theres still point du hoc, the gliders, airborne assault (which was the first to take place during this day)....

Yeah, in Call of Duty 2. You do the battle of Point du Hoc and it's harder than hell to beat on Veteran.
