This is my first ever model i would never of made one if it wernt for uralllama and kornkidcrazy so tell me wat you think

EDIT: Ok i have updated it there is not much changed but i smoothed it off and it has been sized so it fits into a game and also the last one was not fitted proppaly anyway just have a look

Pretty simple actually.
I created a beam in Photoshop. Added glowing in Photoshop, etc, using the standard way of creating a lightsaber in photoshop.
I gave it a black alpha except for the glowy part.
Then, for the beam, instead of a model, it was a bunch of planes at different angles, with the same bitmap, that have a small spin animation that make it seem as if it's one thing.
