Just get the UV's from Halo 1, and put those values into the UV's of the injected model in Halo 2. I don't think Dark Matter does this, and that's why you can't get your skins wrapped correctly - so you'll have to do it manually.

If you have the HEK (don't have it, get it temporarily for this), get Steelix's GBXModel Converter, convert the model to 3ds, import into 3ds, apply your skin as a material, go to modifier, UV mapping, go to edit, and viola! Save the data. Steelix's GBXModel converter saves UVmapping data and nodes.
If you guys want to debate with me, atleast use English! I can hardly understand a word anyone says with all those...period to spaces conversions.
Neato, now work on getting a Halo 1 Map, although that'll be even harder as UVWs don't work save correctly when extracted I think....anyways, nice job.
First it was white, which was ugly, now it is the same old again luckely.
But when using mozilla i have no post option, and i can't see where there have been new repleys.
It is really frustrating, because i hate Internet explore.
its does frown upon halo1 to halo2 ripping to, i got in trouble for re-leasing it b4, so now all i can do is show people with a pic and not offer a download
