Map Testing

Post by -Legendary- »

Ragdolla and I have a Halo 3 Machinima team going, and we decided to add map testing to what we do. So now, when you make those maps, that you just don't have enough people to test it with for balance, placement, all that good stuff, we will test it for you, or with you. We will tell you what we thought of the map, and what needs fixing if anything does. (Theres always room for improvement :p).

Right now, submissions are unlimited. So send us all the maps you want.

Just fill out the form, send it, and wait for us to get back to you.

This looks to be a useful service. I'll sticky it and see how it goes.

Nice idea. I actually wasn't going to release a few maps because I haven't been able to get a good gameplay on them. I guess that won't be a problem now!

Well, we have a full team at the moment, and maps normally take about 1 to 2 days, and one guy just gave us 5 maps to test, and thats we we did yesterday. So expect your map to get tested today.

Not at the moment. All maps are kept with us, and hidden from anyone else.

Map testing

Post by Chooqpead »

Thanks guys for testing out my map. This service was helpful in showing me what i needed to change in my map. Hopefully i can try to fix some of this, but that is never easy with no money left. Anyways i recommend this to others who are not sure about their maps.

Great service. Maybe put a donations button on your thing too for the time and effort and then buy a pizza or something. I submitted a map to you. When you get done I have another as well.

Question though..What is the service ID? I just copied and pasted the url from my fileshare but I wasn't sure what you wanted in that field. Thanks again and I hope to see the response from your team.
My current personal sig is discontinued for the purpose of more important things. Click DONATE to save halomods to be directed to halomods main page where the paypal button is to donate.

I wouldn't mind being a tester either.
