For example you can now set all instances of "objects\weapons\rifle\covenant_carbine\covenant_carbine" to "Covenant Carbine" and write comments about the tags like "This tag will only show on host machines" or something like I did in the picture below.
better yet, color code/highlight them. Red - not available to clients Green - OK!

Version 3.3 will have film support!

Is it possible to toggle the custom names on and off... you know... for fun? It may also be useful if you could have multiple tag databases to choose from. I dunno, it may help somebody... somewhere... somehow.

All Sandbox needs is a gametype editor and a screenshot viewer/extract feature and it can be the ultimate Halo 3 content editor! :D

The search feature is just about borderline useless with the custom names.

If you're running Vista, you may have to choose, "Run as administrator."

Can you add slot properties to Sandbox again? I really liked that feature.

Uhh, can you not edit the tag index with Sandbox any more? Maybe I'm missing where it is, but it appears to be gone!

Yea you can. It's at the bottom of the edit popup, under Tag reference.

That just lets you swap for another object already in the index. You used to be able to select a new tag from the .map file which wasn't already assigned a number in the index...
