I'm actually starting to think that this application won't work on Windows XP. The program was made in Vista so maybe it is only for Vista.

I have XP and it works fine for me. :P

I downloaded .Net Framework 3.5, opened Engineer, and I was good to go!

On a side note, you can't just open the app by itself, it needs to be in the same folder as the things it is extracted with.

Engineer's plugin converter cannot convert that plugin to work in Engineer. There are no other working projectile plugins besides the one that comes with it.

why do you need a plugin for .proj all you could do with a projectile tag is just place it on the map, so is there is no need for an advanced projectile plugin, although do you have a trick up your sleeve?

also lol v1.17 (sorry but i wanted point it out)

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Does that file specified not exist? Or is it read-only or something?

File does exist. I open the program and I get that error. When I press continue and open a map up, I get the same error again.

You need to run the program as an administrator.

Yeah, I just found out thanks. Um, how do I be able to extract it so I can use some of the bipeds, models, and skins for things like Halo CE or something like that? :mrgreen:

That would be illegal. And no one has figured out the raw compression so no one has been able to extract them.
