This program is alright. It lacks plugins with sufficient data for some tags I want them for (bipd, matg =x), and it doesn't open half of the maps. Mainmenu displays nothing. Some maps error. Campaign maps don't open. Etc.

Thats why its called a beta

Besides that Compared to the other *public* Releases(Few to none) i think it does a pretty good job at what it does.

Well, yeah, but I'm just pointing out it doesn't do a whole lot either. I find it strange that it doesn't work for most of the maps. It would seem it's not accurate in the way it reads them.

thats because he doesn't know how to calculate the magics... he should just hardcode them like I said before :P

and it doesnt have good plugins because nothing has been mapped out.. thats where it comes to the community to step in and help

I'm not defending it because i was a beta tester(As he asked any on a public forum for any one that was interested to be a tester). I'm simply saying that as far as public programs go this one is one of the best i have seen.

And really "lawl" and "haha" i thought this was intelligent conversation? No need to throw insults at people that support shade because he was able to release a public app before you Anthony. 8)

I agree with leo, bragging people that don't give crap away are just idiots.

But thats aside from the point. Back on topic please.

Crucify me for saying it but Leo's right Anthony you do play the little drummer boy a lot. People really don't want to hear about stuff ending with "but you can't have it." Its better off not even to be known to existence (meaning it shouldn't be mentioned) All that is gained from that is to stir jealousy or envy. Also would you mind clarifying what you said above?

I don't see how this ended up about me. I was joking with glitchy, then latinomodder started talking crap...

and what I was saying is latinomodder will jump on the nutz of anyone that gives him something.. Ive had a bad past with him... hes always tried ot put me down because I yelled at him for being a cheater... yes a cheater...

/me gets back to topic now :x

Iv'e known leo for a very long time and not once have I ever seen him "cheat" in a video game. And what I ment by "but you can't have it" I did not mean word for word. There is many cases you brought up hype about stuff such as the h2Gurrilla and your most current Resigning of xbox360 saves. Just a couple days ago someone made a comment about nobody knowing how to resign saves and your comment was "oh really?" Just to build up hype. No offense your a good contribution to halomods and its community you just boast a lot.

I hope the plugin system works better on the next release! It took me like an hour to figure it out...I guess I didn't read the first post...

Yeah...it's kind of tedious right now. Hrm...I think it's kind of interesting how you find your sort of "temporary magic"...

Thanks for everyones support. I can tell Anthony likes to joke around(most of the time :P). He is right a hard coded list of magics would of worked better, but isn't that what a beta is for, to get other people opinions on how something could be improved?

I believe in the freedom of information because that is the only way we can advance as community. I'm not here to be the "first" to release something. I mod halo because I find it fun and its a great learning experience and I hope thats why everyone else is here.

Anyways lets gets back on topic, arguing will get us nowhere, anyone who's been on this site for awhile and witnessed past events will agree.

I'll talk to you tomorrow on MSN Anthony :D

I'm going to bed....

I think everybody in this thread who can decipher Halo's inner workings with relative ease, should work for Bungie.
I hate websites that make you register to download their stuff......

There's much more to working at a game studio than deciphering some code.
