If I remember correctly the playlists are just obtained from matchmaking servers and stored in memory, not actually kept in a file.

There isn't a shield door mod posted on this forum but I have played on Snowbound and Epitaph without shield doors before the official maps.

The title updates are in LIVE containers and are not in plain text. If you want the plain text version of the playlist changes, the employees always posts a list of the things they are adding and removing at Bungie.net.

I meant THE Aegis Fate which is floating outside the map by default. If there was a way to move it, like you move the default Elephants/shield doors, maybe players who are not host might be able to see it.
