it is removed, thats the shader under the water. remember the the Beta?

Why would they do that? 1. Its a waist of assets for this game (Cant even fly the camera outside barriers unless your player BarrierBreaks it first)
and They want to keep you in.

I see your point though its kinda bland down there. We have gotten a player in a warthog down there alive.
