cannot download files

the topic explains it...
when i try to download a file it gives me this message
"You are not authorised to view, download or link from/to this site."
anybody else have this problem and how do you fix it
thanks in advance (if i do get any help)

well i got the message on every file ive tried but i only really want these two

They work for me.. Make sure you're signed in when trying to download.
Otherwise you'll get..
