80x80 pixels and 9.77kb? come on can it be atleast 120x120 and like 50kb?

Avatars are limited to 140 pixels in width and 80 pixels in height.
Taller avatars stretch the rows in certain cases.

if it's 120X120, and 50KB, just resize it down to 80X80 and save it as a PNG-8.
