Article submission issue

I decided to write an article for the first page, and when I preview it, the links aren't clickable, all I see is the html and such.

I see something like this, for example:

<a href="www.linkofsomething.com">Click this for linkofsomething</a>

Is this supposed to happen? Will it be alright to just submit it?

I'm not sure, but we still don't have the ability to approve articles, so submitting it wouldn't do much.

Perhaps change theme?
