I don't even have a modded xbox. I've never been on xbox live with mods! Ever!

And tural banned me from posting for some reason! I have no idea why considering I have never even modded Halo 2!

He has this sticky being like "It's not mod abuse if I lock your topic", well know what IS mod abuse? "RC"ing someone for doing NOTHING!!!

Give me a break, Tural. People respect you! Do you want to lose that respect or something?

Message to Tural: Read the whole topic and sort it out before you delete this topic, k? Lest you make yourself look even more suspicious.

You're banned, and posting. I believe that's ban evasion, which is enough to get you banned. Whether or not the first banning was legitimate, the second one will be. I hardly doubt Tural is 'abusing his power' like many others like to accuse him of. Tural is one of the most intelligent members on this forum, he's too smart to do something stupid like that.

No, trust me, he is. How do I know? Because I don't have a modded xbox or anything and I was banned for "modding on live".

I'm posting so I can hopefully get my other account unbanned from posting. This is the second post I've ever made on this account. I don't plan to stay on this account, and if I'm banned on this account too, then we FOR SURE know that Tural is a trigger happy mod who does not care about human beings.

Do you want me to post a picture of my unmodded xbox or something? I'm telling the damn truth and you guys don't believe me because Tural should be better then this.

I used to respect Tural I really did! He SHOULD be better then this and this ISN'T like the normal him to do something so stupid!

But guess what? HE DID. That's a fact. I assure you.

The bottom line is if you were banned there was a good reason. I wonder how you know Tural was the one who banned you as well?

I never said "Tural didn't do it," I simply asked how you knew it was him. Often times mods/admins don't send personal messages informing you on that subject matter. I still highly doubt it's power abuse, but we'll wait for Tural to come around and find out.

The reason I ask this is because I would be pissed if I mod Halo 2 on my 360, get my gamertag's matchmaking banned, and never enjoy Halo 3's matchmaking ever again.

That's what you were RC'd for. (There was also a larger part of the post)

Modding on the 360 is possible. Most of us know about it. And even though there may be nothing wrong with it, we're still not going to cross that road until the 360 is fully chipped.
We do not support modding on the 360 for a few reasons. One of them is because it's very easy to mod on Live once you do know.
So, while we acknowledge the fact you can mod on the 360, we're not going to support it. Don't ask, as we won't tell.

That falls under the umbrella. Don't talk about it.

And so, you evaded your RC by making a new account, and you chose to make this topic, instead of PMing Tural or another staff member to talk this out on your old one. Tough luck: You're RC'd.

You expressed direct interest in modding in Custom Games. You wanted to mod your Xbox so you could mod in Custom Games. We don't tolerate Live modders, past, present, or future ones.

It also helps your case that you broke several more rules (Evading RC, double posting, continuous harassment of another member), rather than handling the situation correctly and objectively.
