Not too long ago, a moderator locked my topic because I asked 4 a H2 map that had a honor guard in it. He said sumthin like: "If you keep aking for copyrighted Material you will banned from the forums without notice" Then he just had to say that little ":lock:' thing they do. Now here' s what i gotta say: halomods is talking about modding/changing/altering copyrighted material. So what's so wrong about asking for a map with a honorguard in it? Oh yea, and plz PM if you know the answer, i will not be looking at this topic because of other things I have to take care of.

We only let the people who have paid for it have it. That's why you can't give out the actual map files of it, only modification files such as a PPF or serenity. You can't get the models out of those.

The key word that most likely got it locked was that you asked for a map, which is illegal. Next time ask for a patch or something of that sort and someone will be happy to make you a PPF patch or something.

If you think you can get away with it just by changing the name....

And does everyone own the game? No, I don't. Others don't. Unless there was some law that said you had to own Halo 2, there is always going to be this rule.
