It isn't an election. Staff members are chosen based on certain things, and recommendations don't have much of an impact. If we ask the community for recommendations, then maybe this would be helpful. Just because new staff has been added recently doesn't mean we need assistance in choosing the new members of the group. The administration and staff is completely capable of choosing staff members. If anything, repetitious pushing of people will hurt their chances.
