i have them all, but no achivment, what am i doing wrong?

I have the feeling you won't be able to get the Achievements until the Maps are released on XBL, that or you need to do it in MatchMaking.

well i am playing on a dev kit, so i can't in matchmaking.

You have to get all of them including the ones on the maps with ODST.

First off, it doesn't matter what game mode you get them in, you get an achievement.

Second, something tells me you aren't running 1.2, which is an OBVIOUS essential for the new achievements, seeing as that update was the one that included them.
