Halo 3 mod question

I was wondering could I get banned for transferring maps that i downloaded from here to my xbox hdd on xbox live or halo 3 matchmaking?

... Do not play mods on Xbox Live. Stop asking if you can. Point is you shouldn't be. It's against the ToS and against the site rules to mod on live.
