My friend is a dimwit, he is not very smart and he doesn't know what a Hard drive is. He has a Modded controller with three buttons, and it allows him to walk through walls. I saw him do it. I have video proof if anyone wants to see. (Would I get banned for that?) Well, anyways, he has a tech savvy buddie I guess that does the work for him. I haven't talked to him yet though. Is this un heard of? Oh, and I'm host.

Lazy ass, if this were true you'd conveniently put up a youtube vid or a link to a Halo 3 saved film/clip.
otherwise I call bullshit on this.

loololo I bet there is a teleporter in them. So you can't see it, but it still takes you through. mb.

The only time I've ever done this was when I was really laggy, at the beginning of rounds, I could walk through the Zanzibar gate. I did this once on offense with the warthog and people were confused as hell.

is he using a lag switch? that one is fairly simple to use and is hardware controlled...

I could walk through walls before, and occasions I still can.
It mostly happened in Forge, one guy would put up a wall, put it up against another wall like he wanted and it wouldnt come off straight for me,
however everyone else saw it like it should be but not me, for them I was walking through the wall but on my screen I was walking beside it,
everyone was like wtf when they were trying to do it.
But then again, those times were a bit laggy.

I have this friend that could walk on water. I've been waiting for him to come back from his superlong holiday so I can get the memory card out of the camera which we filmed it from for proof.

Maybe your friend is that same guy, show us the video so I can see.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but unless the wall is a forge object or some othe spawnable object the the wall would be part of the Bsp which would mean he would walk through the floor becair its the same thing right?

You can't walk through walls/floor that is part of the bsp unless something pushed you out.
Spawnable objects, like forge walls can lag so they look perfect, although they arent, for some people, like what happened to me, they looked as if they were not standing correctly but for other people it was correct, and for me it looked like I walked beside it but for them it looked like I walked through the walls.
Unless this is the BSP it was clearly some sort of lag that made this happen.

I think he just got fooled with that forge teleporter trick.

I believe this is what happened and your friend is just screwing with you.
