I have 2 achievements left to get...one is the overkill.....the other is "We

I'm pretty sure that even though grenades are under equipment in forge, they aren't actually equipment.
As for the auto turret, thats pretty creative

. I don't know why it didn't work, they may not have thought of that as a possibility

I had to use a trip mine, I got the brute in a chopper really weak (when hes helmet less) then throw the trip mine in front of him

I shot a Chopper with a Fuel Rod Gun once to weaken it, then deployed a Trip Mine to destroy it on Tsavo Highway in order to get the achievement.

Thanks guys; I actually found it right after I posted....when I was searching for it the other day I was looking for "chop shop"....there's a DOH! moment....now for that overkill.......

I randomly threw a trip mine on Valhalla and right before the game ended a warthog drove over it as another player on there team was directly next to the hog, Overkill. So I got both of the achievements you need at the same time.

Lawl, Maybe I didn't get them then, but it's always fun to make up stories that seem correct.

But the first part is true, I got the overkill in a team swords game, along with slice and dice, if I remember correctly.

On tvaso highway, in the area with the energy sheilf blocking the tunnel, there are choppers going around and a room with 4 or 2 trip mines. On easy or normal the choppers move slower so you should be able to get it.

i think the scarab wasn't consider a vehicle for that achievement. but creative

Every time I use the auto-turret it only kills flood. I dropped one down on the covenant and dropped it in front of the hunters and buggers, did nothing. Except on my way back down it killed the flood.

I believe it's forerunner technology.
Which is why it(like Sentinels) only attacks Flood.

prob cuz the auto turret is a type of sentenel. when on halo. i killed the monitor then it starts attacking me...

Easy way to get Overkill is to play Swords on Lone Wolf.
I get them pretty often when I play.

Your sig says you have 5 overkills, so...how often do you play?

The turret did kill the scarab and I've seen it try to get ghosts (with grunts in them) before....

Hmm Wierd.
Well I got my Two for One, Mongoose Mowdown, to Close to the Sun, and Lee R Wilson done. Now I just need Orpheus, Reclaimer and Beat on Legendary. If anyone wants to help me please PM, or just join me in-game. Gamertags in sig.

I did those all myself, and i'm totally new to the game. Only took me a couple days for legendary, and I did the meta-game stuff all on normal, and it was very easy (I got like 40k on half the levels when all I needed was 15k, on the 50k requirement ones I got almost 100k). In other words, I could have beat it with half the number of skulls that I used :/

But yeah, Overkill is evading me :/

Actually, it's a swords match on a competent level that's evading me

I can't beat cortana, I beat it on normal and only got 13,000 meta score. I really need some help.
