Hey, How exactly do you get the Lieutenant Rank?
This Guy seems to have skipped two ranks (Gunnery Sergeant Grade 3, Grade 4) But has Lieutenant.

I Am Currently a Sergeant Grade 2 with 37 EXP.

well, he earned 10 skill points before he could get to the 150 exp mark. that is why.

i have 10 skillpoints now and i'm only a gunnery sergeant grade 2.

Oh! So, If I get to the '70' EXP mark while having 10 Skill Points, I Become a Lieutenant instead of continuing to Gunnery Sergeant Grade 3?

yeah here we go i ranked up i had 10 skillpoints and 70 exp so now i am a lieutenant.
