Some store is selling halo 3's already.

Well, the U.S doesn't have esrb ratings like that...

Are you sure that's the US? There would be a "M" rating instead of "16+" right?

That's not a US copy of Halo 3.
Is it Canada that has those ratings? I'm not sure myself, maybe someone who has those ratings can tell us what country / region that game is from.
Regardless: Not the US, but I'm sure someone here is selling them early.

A reference tells me this particular instance happened in Norway, however Australia has already seen its share of leaks as well.

This is bound to happen with popular games like halo coming out. It's really no suprise that foriegn stores are selling it by accident/already.

But the best and easiest thing to do would be to get a friend who works at a store which sells video games, to get permission from their manager, to purchase it early since they work for the company.

tural make a rule of no spoilers till h3 hits the US, as for that ya its eruopean can tell because i got a few eruo games, and alot of country's are already selling my eb games here has like 1 copy of it but they cant' sell, and its the same cover and all that they even showed the cover of the game itself, but i didn't take a pic. had no phone at the time

I'm with Tural on waiting for the game being I don't have my 360 left. If anyone tells me anything I don't want to know until I own both the game and my 360, you'll see a side of Shout you would truly, truly not feel comforted by.
