Unboxing Halo 3 Stuff!

Post by HPDarkness »

I just got back from EB Games. I just picked up my 2 Halo 3 controllers, the Halo 3 headset, and about $30 worth of game fuel. I'm pumped. I just unboxed my Halo 3 gear infront of INSANEdrive on Xbox Live. I'm still waiting for the Missle Case, Lasertag guns, artFX figure, sling/backpack, and Legendary Edition to come in. I will be uploading the unboxing video on Youtube soon for everyone to see!
In total I believe I've spent at least over $500 worth of Halo 3 gear.

I just want to know: What do people think of all this Halo 3 shit? Good or Bad for Halo?
I'm a hardcore fan of Halo, I could care less if Halo 3 came with no multiplayer. I'm getting it mostly for campaign. Also, I'll be painting a Halo mural on my wall soon :) I love art :)

Well, I'm getting editing on this unboxing video it should be up by Sunday :D

I don't feel it has a direct impact on the game. Of course, people bitch about everything. ZOMG WTF HALO 3 CUPS AND SODA AND SHIT FUCKING GAY IM NOT GETTING HALO 3 NOW, FUCK YOU BUNGIE!!!!!11!!!!!!!11!!!11111!!111one

They still buy it.

Honestly, if someone decides to not purchase the game because they feel Microsoft is pushing the marketing too much, then that's a whole different set of issues. Being influenced that much by advertising is ridiculous.

I'll be happy once I get the game. The only non-game Halo stuff I have are my two books and the Halo 2 strategy guide I got for Christmas '04.

I'm gonna have to try that game fuel stuff sometime...

I hate how people run out and buy things because they're plastered with company logos. Especially products made to boost game hype.

mehh im ahead of you on the art made a mural of the destruction of alpha halo on a canvas for my bud lol as for the stuff im only getting h3 for the camping the mp is just extra lol and for the controllers game fuel ect its just to make money has nothing to do with the game except for the name of stuff i think its just a cheap way to con people but thats just me. prime example is the 360 elite if you don't have a lcd high def tv then its basically worthless because it looks the same on every tv except for really expensive ones.

Use punctuation. Now.

Even more win for that. :P

I won't be able to play H3 properly until December...I'm not buying a 360, but my friend will have the money to get a 360 by Christmas, and I'll help him get Halo 3 then. Time to avoid spoilers. : (

You might want to just stay off the internet then. Also, don't go to school/talk to any of your friends who have it.

Lasertag stuff is useless in my opinion, game fuel wasn't very good(Cool bottle though), have heard bad things about wireless headsets, already have 4 controllers, don't need a backpack, missile case is kinda cool if you travel alot...I guess.

But I am going to buy a few of those new Mcfarlane action figures coming out in March 08...Those are siiiick.

LOL >_> *Unplugs white wireless headset from wire laying at his feet. Holds power button; see reassuring glow coming from the four LEDs along the inside face of the mic-arm. Pets wireless headset, than looks angrily over at the grey wired headset laying out in the middle of the floor. Throws crappy 350 power block thing at headset on the floor with a smile*.
